You will engage with senior clients on their biggest challenges, evaluate solutions and roadmaps, and lead teams to deliver measurable change while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design.
• Experience in Operating Model Strategy & Design.
• Experience in Shared Services Strategy & Design.
• Strong client relationship building and management.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Data analysis and insights generation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions and the roadmap to deliver change.
• Design future-proof, agile operating models embracing the future of work.
• Build organizations top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Architect enterprise transformations from strategy to activation to optimization.
• Lead teams in delivering insights using data models and visualization tools.
• Develop client relationships with a long-term mindset.
• Travel as required, 80% - 100%.
