• 7+ years of experience in Shared Services Strategy & Design.
• Proven client relationship management and value realization skills.
• Strong storytelling and data analysis capabilities.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions, assess value, and map the change roadmap.
• Design future-proof, agile enterprise operating models and organization designs.
• Build organizations top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and tools.
• Innovate shared services methods as enablers of new models.
• Architect enterprise transformations from strategy to activation to optimization.
• Integrate across Accenture to align technology, operations, GenAI, and data analytics.
• Lead teams to derive insights using data models and visualization tools.
• Develop client relationships as a trusted advisor with a long-term view.
• Mentor junior team members and foster learning.
• Travel as required, 80%–100%.
