Job summary

Accenture is seeking a leader for its Enterprise Operating Model practice in the United States. You will engage senior clients, evaluate solution roadmaps, and design agile operating models that span strategy, design, activation, and optimization, leveraging data analytics and GenAI.

Responsibilities include building and guiding teams, mentoring others, and traveling up to 100% to drive lasting change. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in strategy/design, and 5+ years consulting experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Strategy & Design, or Shared Services Design.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions, value, and roadmaps to drive change.
• Design future-proof, agile operating models for enterprises and functions.
• Build organizations top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Innovate shared services methods as enablers of new operating models and designs.
• Architect total enterprise transformations from strategy to optimization.
• Integrate across Accenture to align technology, operations, GenAI, and data analytics.
• Lead teams in deriving insights using data models and visualization tools.
• Develop client relationships as a trusted adviser with a long-term mindset.
• Mentor junior team members and travel as required (80–100%).
