Job summary

Accenture (Consumer Goods practice) seeks an Associate Director to lead CEO- and C-suite strategy and reinvention engagements for major consumer brands. You will shape work, drive multi-workstream delivery, and translate priorities into measurable business results.

You will own relationships with CEOs and senior leaders, design operating models, and develop value-based roadmaps. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 12 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, professional services, or an equivalent internal corporate-strategy role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more of: enterprise or growth strategy, corporate development, commercial strategy, business-model design, M&A and integration, or operating-model transformation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading complex, multi-workstream strategy or transformation programs and managing teams.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with C-suite or senior executive stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience shaping consulting engagements, proposals, or executive-sponsored business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead CEO- and C-suite-level strategy and reinvention engagements for Consumer Goods clients.
• Shape and sell work, lead multi-workstream delivery, and help clients convert priorities into measurable results.
• Own relationships with client CEOs and other senior leaders; translate questions into actionable roadmaps.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams spanning strategy, finance, commercial, and technology.
• Maintain engagement quality, timeliness, and risk management; resolve escalations.
