Job summary

Accenture in Chicago is seeking a senior strategy and operating model consultant to guide clients through enterprise transformation. You will engage with senior leaders, evaluate solutions, and design agile operating models that scale with business needs.

You will lead teams, build trusted client relationships, and mentor juniors, with significant travel up to 80–100% as projects demand. This role sits in Accenture's Enterprise Operating Model practice in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years in organization strategy or design.
• Experience in operating model strategy and design.
• Experience in shared services strategy and design.
• Strong client relationship building and management skills.
• Proven ability in value architecture and realization.
• Storytelling with data; ability to persuade with insights.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel 80-100%.

Here’s What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in one or more of the following:

• Organization Strategy & Design

• Operating Model Strategy & Design

• Shared Services Strategy & Design

• Client Relationship Building and Management

• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience

Bonus points if you have:
