Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Senior Network Architect to lead design and modernization of enterprise data center, cloud connectivity, routing, and switching. You will collaborate across architecture, security, risk, and operations to ensure secure, scalable network solutions for a large financial services environment.

The role covers governance, roadmaps, and observability, with hybrid work in a large, regulated industry that values reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years in enterprise network engineering with 5+ years in senior data center roles.
• Deep expertise in data center routing, switching, and high availability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical architect for data center, cloud networking, and modernization.
• Develop architecture standards, reference designs, roadmaps, and handoff docs.
• Lead reviews across data center fabrics, hybrid cloud connectivity, and security integration.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure availability, resiliency, and performance.
• Guide adoption of new networking technologies and automation capabilities.
• Approve changes for risk, resiliency, security, and compliance.
• Act as Level 3 escalation for major incidents with RCA and corrective actions.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled operations improvements and tooling.
• Support lifecycle management, capacity planning, and audit readiness.
