Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Network Engineering Manager to lead the enterprise network across campus and data centers, ensuring secure, highly available services. You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor the team, and drive lifecycle management.

The role requires CCNP Enterprise or equivalent, 8+ years of network engineering, and strong Cisco/Ciena experience. You will oversee changes, incident response, and collaboration with IT leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• CCNP Enterprise or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation, administration, and support of the enterprise network infrastructure.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Network Engineering team through coaching and performance evaluations.
• Execute network infrastructure projects including upgrades, refreshes, and expansions.
• Maintain highly available campus, data center, WAN, Internet, wireless, and optical connectivity.
• Oversee Cisco technologies (Catalyst, Nexus, ACI, ISE, DNA Center) and Ciena transport.
