Job summary

Arctiq is hiring a Network Engineering Manager to oversee day-to-day enterprise network operations and a dedicated network engineering team in a Las Vegas client site. The role focuses on secure, highly available networking across campus and data centers, with impact on IT leadership, lifecycle maintenance, and technical standards.

You will lead projects, coordinate with System Engineering and Security teams, and ensure compliance with gaming and security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field is required.
• 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• CCNP Enterprise or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation, administration, and support of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Lead and develop the Network Engineering team.
• Execute network infrastructure projects including upgrades and expansions.
• Maintain highly available campus, data center, WAN, Internet, wireless, and optical connectivity.
• Oversee Cisco networking technologies (Catalyst, Nexus, ACI, DNA Center, ISE, FMC) and Ciena transport.
