Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Network Engineer I to ensure reliable network operations across enterprise systems. You will monitor, support, and optimize the network infrastructure, performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting to maximize availability and performance.

The role requires technical competence, attention to detail, and self-motivation to administer and support network and security infrastructure, with on-call rotation and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical program or MIS.
• 1+ years of experience supporting enterprise networks or large data center environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and other certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of work requests to meet service levels and KPI objectives.
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN and Wireless networks, including routers and switches.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex network issues for WAN, LAN, Internet, and end-user devices.
