Job summary

Rhythm City Casino Resort seeks a Technology Manager to lead the engineering and telecommunications for enterprise networks across multiple properties. You will own the administration, support, and reliability of WAN/LAN, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, and voice systems, driving infrastructure projects and vendor coordination.

The role requires 6+ years in enterprise networking, 2+ years in leadership, and CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications, with strong Cisco/Meraki/VMware experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, Networking, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering or telecom experience.
• 2+ years of technology leadership or management experience preferred.
• CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications required.
• Strong experience with enterprise switching, routing, firewalls, wireless, VPN, and WAN.
• Experience with Cisco, Meraki, VMware networking or equivalent enterprise tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise network engineering, telecom administration, and approved infrastructure deployment across all properties.
• Oversee LAN/WAN, wireless, firewalls, VPN, switching, routing, ISP connectivity, and voice systems.
• Coordinate operational support for engineers, admins, vendors, carriers, and providers.
• Assist with network architecture planning, modernization, and continuity initiatives.
• Serve as senior escalation point for networking issues, outages, and incidents.
• Implement and maintain security configurations, firewall policies, and remote access controls.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure reliable communications and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and status updates for leadership.
• Participate in change management and technology planning activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
