Saab, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager, Supply Chain Materials to lead Materials Operations, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering across Syracuse, NY and multiple sites.

This senior role emphasizes building and standardizing an enterprise operating model with governance, KPIs, and cross-site collaboration. The candidate will drive enterprise strategy, transform processes, and develop leaders while managing strategic initiatives across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field with significant experience.
• Experience leading multi-site manufacturing, aerospace/defense, or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong Materials Management, Warehousing, and inventory control experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a standardized enterprise operating model for Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering across Saab, Inc. locations.
• Establish governance, KPIs, roles, responsibilities, and accountability across sites.
• Lead cross-site initiatives to improve performance, cost, service, and risk.
• Drive enterprise Materials strategy and continuous improvement roadmap.
• Build leadership capability and succession planning across locations.
