Vanguard is seeking a Client Marketing Manager for Enterprise Client Marketing located in Dallas. You will help develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives to deepen relationships with priority institutional clients and senior decision-makers.

You will coordinate events, manage program timelines, and help bring thought leadership and content activation to life across sales, marketing, and leadership teams, in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
• Understanding of asset management, investment solutions, client segments, and enterprise-level clients.
• Experience supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, client engagement programs, or strategic marketing initiatives.
• Experience planning and coordinating events, executive forums, hospitality programs, conferences, or other client-facing experiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Client Engagement and Marketing Execution: The Manager will support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives designed to strengthen relationships with priority enterprise clients and senior decision-makers.
• Differentiated Client Experiences and Event Execution: The role will coordinate high-impact client experiences, including executive forums, councils, hospitality programs, regional events, and other engagement opportunities.
• Thought Leadership and Content Activation: Help develop and activate thought leadership initiatives that reinforce Vanguard as a trusted partner for C-suite executives.
• Program Coordination: Support multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously and maintain planning processes, timelines, and operational disciplines.
