Qualifications

• Minimum five years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
• Understanding of asset management, investment solutions, client segments, and enterprise-level clients.
• Experience supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, client engagement programs, or strategic marketing initiatives.
• Experience planning and coordinating events, executive forums, hospitality programs, conferences, or other client-facing experiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement and Marketing Execution: support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives designed to strengthen relationships with priority enterprise clients and senior decision-makers.
• Differentiated Client Experiences and Event Execution: assist in planning and executing executive forums, client councils, hospitality programs, regional events, and other engagement opportunities; manage logistics and timelines.
• Thought Leadership and Content Activation: support development and activation of thought leadership initiatives that reinforce the firm as a trusted partner for C-suite executives.
• Program Coordination: help maintain planning processes, project timelines, and operational disciplines to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
