Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking an Enterprise Logistics Manager to optimize its transportation network across multiple locations. The role focuses on managing 3PL relationships, driving cost efficiency, and enhancing performance metrics to support business units.

The ideal candidate will oversee international logistics, negotiate terms, and lead RFP activities while ensuring governance and standard practices across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive transportation, logistics, or 3PL experience.
• Experience managing complex, multi-site transportation environments.
• Ability to own strategic logistics-provider relationships, KPIs, reviews, negotiations.
• Proven track record reducing freight costs and improving on-time delivery.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of international transportation and import/export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with 3PLs, brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers.
• Establish and monitor transportation performance measures (freight spend, on-time delivery, provider performance).
• Conduct regular reviews to identify cost, service, and process issues and drive corrective action.
• Partner with business units to improve transport performance and operating practices.
• Develop and maintain enterprise transportation policies, standards, reporting, and governance.
• Negotiate transportation rates, contracts, service levels with providers with procurement leadership.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs via network optimization and mode choice.
• Lead transportation analysis and RFP activity to improve the logistics model.
• Support evaluation of provider networks including 3PL changes.
• Serve as enterprise escalation point for major transportation issues.
• Oversee international logistics provider performance and intercompany shipments.
• Maintain knowledge of shipping documentation, HTS classification, import/export processes.
• Lead related projects and process improvements with units and providers.
