Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking an Enterprise Logistics Manager to optimize our transportation network across multiple business units and locations. You will manage 3PLs, negotiate terms, and drive cost reductions while maintaining service levels.

The role requires leading cross‑functional collaboration to improve performance and governance. In this role, you will develop policies, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with procurement and leadership to ensure efficient, compliant logistics operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive transportation, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL experience.
• Experience managing complex, multi-site, or decentralized transportation environments.
• Ability to own strategic logistics-provider relationships, including service expectations and KPIs, reviews, and negotiations.
• Proven success in reducing freight costs and improving on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with 3PLs, brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers.
• Establish and monitor transportation performance measures and provider performance.
• Conduct regular reviews to identify cost, service, and process issues and drive corrective action.
• Partner with business units to improve transportation performance and establish operating practices.
• Negotiate transportation rates, contracts, and terms with providers.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs through network optimization and mode selection.
• Lead transportation analysis and RFP activities to evaluate provider performance.
• Support evaluation of provider options including 3PL and direct carrier strategies.
• Oversee international logistics provider performance and HTS compliance.
