Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC seeks a Knowledge Manager to align people, processes, and technology across intelligence domains to improve information sharing and decision-making. You will manage enterprise content, metadata, and data lifecycles while ensuring security for classified and sensitive information.

In this role, you will support analysts and mission partners, build knowledge repositories and dashboards, and provide governance across cross-domain sharing within the JIOC.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated comprehensive mission knowledge and ability to apply KM principles to intelligence operations.
• Ability to communicate understanding of incomplete, indirect, or technically complex information.
• Proven capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience collaborating across the Intelligence Community and resolving information-sharing challenges.
• Ability to lead teams researching critical or multifaceted information problems.
• Strong ability to produce concise, insightful, and comprehensive intelligence-support products.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Post, edit, distribute, and maintain content across knowledge repositories.
• Organize data with metadata, taxonomy, and naming conventions.
• Ensure security protocols for classified and PII data.
• Shape workflows by applying KM best practices to processes.
• Support analysts with search, discovery, and data retrieval.
• Enable cross-domain dissemination of intelligence products.
• Search, store, and retrieve data using SharePoint and CMS.
• Build and maintain knowledge repositories and dashboards.
• Compile and analyze KM metrics and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with analysts and mission partners on information-sharing needs.
