Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Enterprise Services Administrator in Huntsville, AL to manage and secure enterprise IT systems supporting a national intelligence program. You will install, configure, monitor, and secure servers and mission-critical apps, handle backups, and provide Tier 2-3 IT support across on-prem and cloud environments.

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, US citizenship, and a Security+ certification.

Qualifications

Requires TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Poly.
Bachelor's degree required; 0 years with a Master's; 6 years with no degree.
CompTIA Security+ certification required.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and secure enterprise-level systems and mission-critical applications, including OS patches.</br>Maintain system backups and recovery processes.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system/hardware/software/network issues; optimize operations.
Enforce security protocols, conduct audits, ensure data integrity/privacy compliance.
Develop SOPs for server hosts and VM builds on prem and in the cloud.
Provide Tier 2-3 IT support and guidance for complex issues.
Support databases, configuration management, and system interfaces.
