Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Enterprise IT Project Manager to lead large, enterprise-wide IT initiatives and partner with executives to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role reports to IT leadership and acts as a trusted advisor across business and IT teams.

You will influence delivery strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure governance standards are followed, driving value while aligning with HDR's employee-owned culture in Omaha, Nebraska.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years IT management with multiple projects
• Experience with PM processes, systems development methods, change management and process improvement
• Ability to work with business users to establish priorities
• Engineering/construction background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT projects across matrixed teams and align priorities
• Define scope, objectives, and success metrics with business leaders
• Engage executive stakeholders and steering committees across priorities and risks
• Influence delivery strategy and resolve cross-team conflicts
• Use project data to assess health and advise stakeholders
• Develop resource plans aligning skills and timelines
• Manage cross-project dependencies and portfolio alignment
• Foster high-performing teams through collaboration and EI
• Ensure continuous improvement of PMO governance and delivery processes
