Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, QA or related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT management with multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM processes and SDLC.
• Experience working with business users to establish priorities.
• Self-starter able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in dynamic environments.
• Engineering or Construction background a plus.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver multiple large-scale IT projects.
• Ensure outcomes meet scope, cost, schedule, quality, and performance objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed, integrated project plans with milestones and timelines.
• Define scope and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for project execution.
• Apply change control to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor performance with metrics and executive reporting.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies.
• Create and govern project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Provide mentoring to junior PMs and IT leads.
