Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT project management experience.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Deep understanding of complex IT ecosystems and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide, high-visibility technology initiatives.
• Proficiency with PM tools like MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, enterprise IT initiatives and serve as trusted advisor to business and IT leadership.
• Define project scope, objectives, and measurable success metrics; drive decisions that maximize business value.
• Facilitate engagement with executives and steering committees; manage priorities, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Influence delivery strategy and resolve cross-team conflicts to meet business outcomes.
• Use project data to assess health, forecast demand, and provide actionable recommendations.
