Job summary

Revel IT is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist in Greenville, SC to lead planning, implementation, and support of enterprise IT infrastructure from concept to deployment. You will manage cloud platforms, storage solutions, and security tools while guiding complex projects and collaborating with global IT teams.

The role requires strong communication, ITIL knowledge, and 5+ years in IT infrastructure engineering with cloud services and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Information Technology or related field is required.
5+ years of IT infrastructure engineering experience with cloud, storage, or enterprise systems.
3+ years of IT project management experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for IT infrastructure systems including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity
Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, storage, virtualization, and security tools
Collaborate with external providers for deployment and support of IT infrastructure services
Ensure high availability with redundancy, backups, and disaster recovery
Monitor capacity and optimize performance; drive ITIL processes for incident/change management
Document designs and best practices; support lifecycle management and upgrades
Lead and mentor junior engineers; align with IT standards and governance
Research emerging tech (automation, cloud-native, AI ops) and communicate strategies to stakeholders
