Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 5+ years in IT systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure products and security.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, virtualization, and storage solutions.
• Ability to manage backups, DR planning, and security monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise servers and storage.
• Manage Microsoft 365 systems and services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Maintain Dell, EMC storage, and virtualization environments.
• Oversee backup/recovery, disaster recovery testing, and incident response.
• Develop documentation and test plans for infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and project managers to meet goals.
