Job summary

Noblesoft Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to evaluate and implement enterprise-class technology across multiple platforms. You will analyze requirements, plan capacity, and advise on configuration within budget and security constraints.

This role involves testing, documentation, and cross-team coordination to deliver results on time. Strong Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, and automation skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft Exchange Server (2013/2016/2019/Online).
• Strong PowerShell automation and Windows Server management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SMTP gateways, and security concepts.
• Familiarity with VMware, SAN storage and load balancers.
• Knowledge of PKI, backups, and ITIL change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Manages evaluation and implementation of new products and technologies across enterprise infrastructure.
• Researches and recommends innovative approaches within budget and security constraints.
• Analyzes system requirements and interfaces between components and subsystems.
• Plans capacity for platforms and applications proactively.
• Obtains and evaluates information on costs, reporting formats, and security needs for configuration decisions.
• Participates in software/system testing, validation, and documentation.
• May participate in projects, creating plans, assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, and delivering results on time.
• Writes/reviews system specifications, outputs, flow charts, and technical diagrams.
