Job summary

HDR is seeking a Lead Integration Engineer to lead enterprise integration across applications, platforms, data systems, and partners. This role drives secure, scalable connectivity and enforces integration standards and reusable patterns.

You will collaborate with architecture, security, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver solutions aligned with technology strategy, while mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement in observability, governance, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years practical web & application development experience.
• Active participant in an employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions across internal systems and partners.
• Define and promote integration architecture standards and reusable patterns.
• Evaluate requirements and recommend integration approaches aligned with standards and security.
• Provide technical leadership and design oversight across the solution lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain integration governance, documentation, and monitoring.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of integration practices including observability and incident response.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on architecture and design.
