Job summary

Strive Solutions in Maryland seeks an Infrastructure Service Lead responsible for owning delivery and operations of enterprise IT infrastructure supporting mission-critical customers.

You will lead incident, problem and change management, drive performance against SLAs, coordinate with security, network and apps teams, provide technical leadership and escalation support, guide capacity planning and modernization, and advance cloud and automation initiatives.
