Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, develop, and coach multi-disciplined and more senior technical staff.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise large or multiple project teams.
• Establish project management protocols to lead large IT projects; manage budgets.
• Direct development of project plans, resource estimates and schedules; coordinate with vendors.
• Oversee delivery of large-scale IT services; monitor operations metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership for Windows/Linux server platforms, identity management, cloud infrastructure, and endpoint management.
