Qualifications

• 4+ years of client-facing implementation experiences, preferably in life sciences or biotech.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on requirements gathering and solution design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementations from kickoff to go-live, including scoping and deployment.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams for effective project delivery.
• Capture customer insights for product enhancements and operational efficiencies.
