Qualifications

• Ten+ years of direct selling in a high-tech, customer-facing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep understanding of technologies, including Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, EMC, and HP (or equivalents).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven sales success with targets and growth.
• Strong strategic planning, time management, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex, multi-location enterprise deals with aligned stakeholders.
• Articulate CDW’s technology ecosystem to influence CIOs and IT leaders.
• Maximize sales efficiency using CDW selling tools and pipeline management.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable programs improving seller effectiveness.
• Partner with Sales leadership to define KPIs and go-to-market initiatives.
• Analyze data and customer insights to refine go-to-market approaches.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Solutions Architects, and Operations.
• Develop scalable enablement and onboarding for sellers.
