Job summary

Venture Logistics, LLC is seeking a senior strategic seller to convert complex supply-chain challenges into enterprise growth. You will own a focused portfolio of ~20 strategic accounts, develop executive relationships, and expand customers across multiple service pillars.

This role operates as a growth leader, identifying whitespace, engaging economic buyers, and driving solutions from discovery through close, with ~70% travel and a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling complex logistics or supply-chain solutions.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles with forecast accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop account strategies for ~20 enterprise customers.
• Build 3–5 executive relationships per priority account (VPs, C‑suite).
• Cross-sell across FTL/LTL, Dedicated, 3PL/Consolidation, Warehousing.
• Create stage-gated pipeline with customer problems, buyers, value props.
• Lead executive meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop whitespace plans and coordinate design, pricing, operations, and implementation.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast, and account plans.
• Win new enterprise logos and expand wallet share.
• Drive metrics: $5M+ annual growth, $20M pipeline, 2–3 new logos/year.
