Interstate Batteries is seeking a Sr. Manager, Corporate Finance to lead enterprise FP&A, consolidation of financial reporting, and key planning processes. This role reports to the Director, Corporate Finance & Treasury and collaborates with the Executive Leadership Team.

You will own the AOP process, oversee monthly results and financial reporting, and guide finance transformation including SAC, while mentoring a high-performing team and conveying complex data to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of professional finance experience in FP&A, enterprise reporting, or corporate finance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional planning and reporting processes with accountability.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and financial storytelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Own enterprise AOP process with cross-functional alignment and timely deliverables.
• Oversee enterprise financial reporting and analytics, including monthly results and CFO/Controller reporting.
• Lead Board of Directors deck management with narrative and financial analysis.
• Manage Capital Committee materials and related decision support.
• Guide FP&A systems and driving finance transformation, including SAC.
