Job summary

Interstate Batteries is seeking a Sr. Manager, Corporate Finance to lead enterprise FP&A, consolidate reporting, and drive finance transformation. You will own the AOP process, oversee monthly/quarterly reporting, and prepare executive materials for leadership and the Board.

The role requires strong communication skills, cross-functional leadership, and experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and data-driven storytelling. Dallas-based on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in finance with FP&A, enterprise reporting or corporate finance.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning and reporting processes.
• Strong executive communication and financial storytelling for senior leadership and Board.
• Experience with financial systems transformation and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own AOP accountability and enterprise planning process with cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting and monthly/quarterly materials.
• Lead Board of Directors deck development and Capital Committee materials.
• Manage FP&A systems and finance transformation initiatives.
• Provide executive visibility into performance and risks with concise insights.
