Job summary

Interstate Batteries is seeking a Sr. Manager of Corporate Finance to lead enterprise FP&A, reporting, and strategic financial planning. You will own the AOP process, manage board materials, and drive finance transformation across the organization.

The role requires strong executive communication, cross-functional influence, and a track record of delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership. Travel is possible as part of enterprise oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA preferred for senior finance leadership roles.
• 7+ years of professional finance experience in FP&A, enterprise reporting, or corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise AOP accountability and oversight with cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee enterprise financial reporting and analytics, including monthly results and CFO/Controller reporting.
• Lead Board of Directors deck management and Capital Committee materials coordination.
• Guide FP&A systems, data integrity, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to Finance leadership.
