Job summary

Medica is seeking an Event Planning & Experiences Manager to strategize and execute complex internal and external events that elevate our brand and mission. You will partner across departments and with senior leaders to deliver engaging employee, customer, partner, and community experiences.

Based onsite 3 days/week, with offices in Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI, you will drive standards, vendor negotiations, and measurable impact while aligning events with Medica's goals and CSR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of corporate event planning experience.
• Proven ability to lead high-visibility events from strategy to execution.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management, communication, and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of complex internal and external events.
• Develop comprehensive event plans including objectives, budgets, venues, vendors, and logistics.
• Translate Medica's mission into distinctive event experiences and partnerships.
• Advise senior leaders on objectives, programming, and run-of-show plans.
• Coordinate across Communications, Marketing, HR, Sales, and other stakeholders.
