  • Establishes repeatable standards, tools, and processes; defines measures of success; gathers feedback; and tracks enterprise event activity to improve coordination, consistency, efficiency, and impact
  • Incorporates community engagement, volunteerism, nonprofit partnerships, and corporate social responsibility opportunities when aligned to event objectives
Functional Leadership
  • Provides enterprise event expertise and work direction to support effective, consistent, and compliant execution without direct supervisory responsibility
  • Provides guidance and clarification on event priorities, expectations, and standards
  • Applies subject-matter expertise to support decisions, resolve issues, and anticipate risksCoordinates work and communication across partners to manage dependencies and timelines
  • Reviews event plans and outputs for quality, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with established practices
  • Communicates status, risks, outcomes, and insights to leaders and partners to support informed decisions and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and professional background
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible corporate event planning including experience planning, coordinating, executing and conducting post-event evaluations for events such as meetings and conferences, stakeholder and community events, marketing and brand events, customer and business development events, employee and culture events and executive and leadership events
  • Proven ability to lead complex, high-visibility events from strategy through execution, including budget management, vendor negotiations, logistics, and risk mitigation
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align event outcomes with business objectives and organizational priorities
  • Strong project management, communication, and consulting skills, with the ability to influence decisions, manage competing priorities, and drive results without direct authority
