Job summary

Medica is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Enterprise Response & Resolution capability, establishing end-to-end operating models for issue resolution and governance across the organization. The role includes emergency-management readiness, executive escalation, and cross-functional coordination across multiple functions and vendors.

You will build workflows, identify risks, track actions, and ensure timely remediation, while working onsite at the Minnetonka, MN office three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, risk management, organizational leadership or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in business operations, enterprise issue resolution, risk management, emergency management, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of leadership experience leading cross-functional teams, strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, or business process improvement programs.
• Proven governance frameworks, operating models, workflows, and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the enterprise issue-resolution operating model.
• Coordinate cross-functional issue-resolution efforts across units and external partners.
• Lead enterprise emergency-management readiness and response programs.
• Develop and maintain governance, playbooks, and escalation procedures.
