Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, enterprise planning, performance management, operations, consulting, transformation, or complex program leadership.
• Significant cross-functional work with senior leaders in a health plan or similarly complex organization.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Previous Chief of Staff experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Office of the CEO Planning, Performance & Decision Support: maintain an integrated planning calendar and produce executive materials.
• Enterprise Operating Model & Strategic Initiative Delivery: lead work on current and future state design and implementation planning.
• Executive, Board & Leadership Forum Readiness: manage board materials, CEO reports, and leadership offsites.
• Office of the CEO Integration, Governance & Operating Effectiveness: support governance forums and improve recurring planning and reporting processes.
