Job summary

Vantora is seeking a senior Marketing & Events lead to turn the company’s events, programs and campaigns into measurable opportunities with Fortune 500 executives. This senior individual-contributor role reports to the VP of Marketing and collaborates closely with Sales and executive leadership.

You will own enterprise events end to end, run integrated demand programs, and build high-impact dinners, summits, sponsorships and campaigns that feed the sales pipeline in North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on enterprise events.
• Proven ability to tie events to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience marketing to senior buyers at large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise events end to end, including strategy, budget, venue, run of show, guest list and follow-up.
• Manage hosted flagship events (private hangar events, CEO summits) and advisory boards.
• Lead integrated demand programs surrounding events (email, LinkedIn, PR, executive outreach).
• Partner with sales and leadership to ensure a measurable pipeline and ROI.
• Oversee budgets, vendors, and brand consistency across event programs.
