Job summary

Deepgram is expanding its enterprise-focused AI deployment team in San Francisco. You will own end-to-end execution of AI implementations at scale, connecting customers with the Deepgram for Restaurants product and ensuring deployments deliver magical results.

You will drive adoption, measure ROI, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to ship high-impact AI agents. The role requires strong customer-facing instincts, curiosity about in-store operations, and a product-management

Qualifications

Strong customer-facing instincts and ability to manage corporate relationships.
Experience translating field insights into product requirements for eng/AI teams.
Comfort working in an AI-first environment and moving quickly in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Understand customer business deeply and become an expert on Deepgram products.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope and ship AI agents for high-volume interactions.
Serve as primary contact for large enterprise stakeholders and ensure flawless delivery of complex deployments.
Monitor performance and adoption of live deployments and feed insights to product teams.
Translate field insights into actionable product requirements for eng/AI teams.
Help define ROI metrics to drive expansion deals.
