Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking a Senior Lead Database Administrator to lead enterprise database strategy, architecture, and operations across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will ensure reliability, security, and performance of mission‑critical data systems while coordinating on‑shore and off‑shore resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of progressive database administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with multiple database platforms: Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, MongoDB, DB2, Redshift, etc.
• Experience leading hybrid cloud and on‑prem deployments.
• Experience leading distributed technical teams including offshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise database architecture standards and roadmaps.
• Provide leadership across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Evaluate emerging database technologies and adoption strategies aligned with business goals.
• Establish best practices for scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.
• Lead database deployments across cloud platforms (AWS RDS, OCI) and on‑prem environments.
• Mentor on‑shore and off‑shore database teams and manage vendor relationships.
