Job summary

WSFS Bank seeks an Enterprise Data Management Lead to drive governance strategy across the organization, partnering with Data Owners, Stewards, and technology teams to embed standards, lifecycle controls, and data quality in enterprise solutions.

The role focuses on policy, framework development, and cross‑functional guidance to advance data maturity and regulatory readiness across banking and wealth platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a related analytical discipline; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years in enterprise data management or governance in regulated industries.
• Experience chairing governance committees and cross-functional engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategy, implementation, and maturation of data governance.
• Maintain and evolve the governance framework with policies and standards.
• Partner with data owners/stewards to ensure data quality and lifecycle controls.
• Recommend enhancements to processes, workflows, and tools to meet objectives.
• Identify data quality issues and drive improvement actions with teams.
• Support metadata standards and data classifications across the enterprise.
