Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst to lead the data governance program, ensuring data integrity, availability, and compliant controls across the bank’s data assets. The role focuses on policies, lifecycle management, and the enforcement of data standards for enterprise-wide data assets.

You will partner with business lines and IT to implement governance frameworks, drive data quality initiatives, and sustain documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of data governance or quality management experience.
• 3–5 years in banking/finance operations with regulatory exposure.
• Bachelor’s or higher in MIS/IT/Informatics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enforcement of data policies and data lifecycle management.
• Oversee design, deployment, and use of data governance tools and technologies.
• Curate operational documentation for governance tools for all users.
• Ensure data assets comply with policy and standards across Northwest Bank.
• Lead end‑to‑end data lifecycle management and improve data quality.
• Translate business rules into data quality rules and drive remediation.
