Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, informatics or related field.
• 5–6 years in data governance or quality management with leadership impact.
• 3–5 years in banking/finance with operations and regulatory focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of data policies and governance across data lifecycle.
• Oversee design and implementation of governance tools and workflows.
• Document usage of governance tools for users from read-only to power users.
• Ensure data assets comply with policy and standards.
• Lead data quality rules and remediation in data profiling.
