HP Inc. seeks a Cyber Engagement Program Lead to drive cybersecurity transformation across enterprise security processes and architecture. You will lead efforts in improving efficiency, governance, and automation while partnering with stakeholders to strengthen security posture.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled security, tool adoption, and governance, with a focus on secure design principles and risk reduction across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years in cybersecurity, security engineering, governance or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, OWASP and similar standards.
• Experience in process improvement, governance, and transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI governance and AI security risks.

Responsibilities

• Drive cybersecurity transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and risk reduction.
• Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Establish governance, controls, and reporting across cybersecurity functions.
• Support enterprise security architecture and secure-by-design practices.
• Drive remediation from code scanning, container security, and app security assessments.
• Identify uses of Generative AI, intelligent agents, and automation for security workflows.
• Contribute to AI governance, dashboards, and security risk management.
