This onsite/hybrid role is ideally based in Reston, VA or Houston, TX, with a central point of accountability for governance, performance, and delivery across partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Business, or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in service governance, oversight, or partner management.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity or IT service management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Govern services and ensure accountability with partners.
• Define metrics, KPIs, SLAs and report performance.
• Identify risks early and keep leaders informed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, procurement, and delivery teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and governance maturity.
• Lead governance frameworks and executive-level reporting.
