Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Business, or related field.
10+ years of experience leading service governance, operational oversight, service delivery, or strategic partner management.
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology operations, IT service management, governance and risk.
A track record of building and running governance frameworks and executive-level reporting.
Strong understanding of KPI, SLA, and performance management.
Experience working directly with senior and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities
