Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing roles with enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Experience leading executive-level discussions and engagements.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Support, Product Management, Engineering, and Services.
• Familiarity with customer success platforms such as Gainsight or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and act as trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Develop and execute customer success plans focused on adoption, value realization, retention, and growth.
• Build relationships with customer executives, sponsors, decision-makers, and other stakeholders.
• Engage customers through regular business reviews, success planning sessions, onsite visits, and executive meetings.
• Monitor customer health, adoption trends, risks, opportunities, and activities using Gainsight and other tools.
• Partner with Sales to address customer needs and support renewals and expansions.
• Share customer priorities and feedback with internal teams to inform product strategy and service improvements.
