Rocket Software is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Growth, to lead strategic engagement with a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the United States. You will drive product adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion by partnering with Sales, Services, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Experience, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or related customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts and executive-level engagements.
• Experience driving adoption, retention, expansion, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience using customer success platforms such as Gainsight or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers as primary advocate throughout lifecycle.
• Develop and execute customer success plans focused on adoption, value realization, retention, and growth.
• Build relationships with customer executives, sponsors, and key stakeholders across organizations.
• Lead regular business reviews, success planning sessions, and executive meetings with customers.
• Monitor health, adoption trends, risks, and opportunities using Gainsight and other tools.
• Partner with Sales, Services, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to address customer needs and drive outcomes.
