Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption and value by executing playbooks and creating Success Plans.
• Provide expert guidance on configurations and best practices.
• Monitor customer health and mitigate churn risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Exec to develop adoption-focused account plans and expansion opportunities.
