Philips is seeking a Principal Contracts Manager to lead complex negotiations, ensure compliance, and align contract strategy with business goals. The role requires expert knowledge in contract management, mentoring teams, and collaborating with sales, operations, and legal across Nashville and Cambridge offices.

The position emphasizes risk assessment, policy development, and driving improvements in contract processes while supporting RFP/RFI/RFQ activities.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex enterprise commercial contracts within a technology-based company.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law or equivalent. Legal Degree preferred.

• Subject matter expert in contract management and strategic guidance to senior leadership.
• Lead negotiation, drafting, and execution of intricate contracts.
