Job summary

The Philips Government Contract Portfolio Manager will coordinate responses for RFIs/RFPs and federal consolidations across multiple government contracting vehicles, while ensuring compliance from creation through execution. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Federal Contracting Officers and support delivery orders, quotes, and procurement best practices.

We value 3+ years in sales, contract management or equivalent, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and federal contracting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Contract Management or equivalent
• Federal contracting certifications are a plus (e.g., DAU, COR, FAC-P/PM)
• Experience in Veterans Affairs or Department of War contracting office is a plus
• Medical device supply chain experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Federal Contracting Officers on Delivery Orders and related contract matters.
• Ensure compliance across Delivery Orders, Government bids, and modifications, following internal processes.
• Manage consolidation/RFO process, including quotes, spreadsheets, document uploads, and tracking wins/losses/cancellations.
• Advise Enterprise Sales and BU Account Managers on procurement best practices to avoid delayed revenue.
